Welcome to Glorious Regeneration. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website gloriousregeneration.com (the "Site") and any courses, content, or services offered through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Account Registration

To purchase courses or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Business Details

Courses and Digital Products

Access

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own private, non-commercial use. Course access is granted upon successful payment and remains available for the lifetime of the platform, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Digital Delivery

Courses and digital products are delivered online. After a successful payment, access is granted automatically and you will receive a one-click login link by email. No physical product is shipped. If your access email does not arrive, contact us and we will help you reach your account.

Content Ownership

All course content — including videos, text, images, worksheets, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Glorious Regeneration and is protected by copyright law. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course content with others
• Record, download, or screen-capture video lessons (unless a downloadable version is explicitly provided)
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any course materials
• Use course content to create competing products or services

Course Updates

We may update course content from time to time to improve accuracy or relevance. We are not obligated to provide updates but will endeavour to keep content current.

Payments and Refunds

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Payment options may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and PayPal where available. Availability depends on your location, device, currency, and provider eligibility. Klarna and other third-party buy-now-pay-later services are not currently offered.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is available, the number of instalments, instalment amount, timing, and total payable amount are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment plans are provided directly by Glorious Regeneration through Stripe instalment billing, not by a third-party buy-now-pay-later provider. If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and we may contact you with a secure payment update link. Course access may pause if payments remain unpaid; contact us if you need support.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers are valid only while the relevant checkout page is live and purchasable. If the checkout page is unavailable, unpublished, archived, or no longer accepts payment, the promotion has ended. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively unless stated otherwise.

Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. Because our courses are digital products delivered with immediate access, by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate access to the course content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access begins.

Refund Policy

Separately from the statutory right above, we offer a goodwill 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a course, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times may vary.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site

Freebies and Newsletter

When you download a freebie or subscribe to our newsletter, you provide your email address and optionally your name. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

The Glorious Regeneration name, logo, and all related branding are our intellectual property. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to Glorious Regeneration and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Course content will meet your specific expectations or requirements
• Results described in courses are guaranteed for every participant
