Yes, Send Me the Journeys

Episode 1:
Your inner world is like a garden:
Some beliefs are flowering beautifully. Others have overgrown and need tending.
In this 22-minute guided journey, I'll walk you through your inner terrain with the same care and attention I bring to reading actual landscapes.
We'll identify limiting beliefs that are taking up space, gently weed them out with compassion (not force), and compost them into rich soil for new growth. Then we'll plant seeds and bulbs for the future you're cultivating.

Testimonials
Harriet's tools and workshops live up to their name; glorious. As a long-term participant in Harriet's workshops, I can't recommend them highly enough — whether this is your first time playing with somatic tools, or you're a seasoned somatic shaker. Thank you for who you are and what you share!
- Elliot Riley
I was 55 and began to attend Harriet's workshops, she gently guided me to acknowledge, accept and understand myself. Every class I would take away something to benefit myself and then that would reflect on others. Truly wonderful!
- Carey Pope
As a student of Harriet's when she offered the class, I knew I had to take the opportunity. She has shown me and many others, time and time again, how to take care of ourselves, the Earth, and our peers. As a teenager, I'm still learning from her, and the lessons she's taught me are ones I know I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
- Tess Milbourne
I highly recommend this workshop! I've been taking Harriet's Nervous System Nourishment course, and it has been a transformative experience — it has helped me manage stress and build resilience in ways I didn't expect. Harriet is super sweet and creates a safe, supportive space where her deep knowledge and care shine through in every session.
- Irene Barrot
Harriet has a rare gift for creating a sense of safety. Her soothing, nurturing presence invites you to soften your defenses and approach yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. Through Growing Resilience, she offers practical tools alongside deep wisdom, helping you reconnect with your body, your inner landscape, and a more compassionate way of being with yourself and others.
- Monica Mecchella
What I appreciate most about Harriet’s teaching style is how practical and grounded it is. Even in the online courses, she includes exercises that help you integrate what you are learning, instead of just understanding it intellectually. After the courses, I was not only more informed, I was actually applying what I had learned in my daily life.
- Martin Lauener
The Glorious Regeneration Designing with Nature permaculture course has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I've learnt countless skills that I can't wait to apply as I step into the next chapter of my life. Thank you for creating a safe space and leaving an unforgettable imprint on the person that I'm becoming.
- Gaia Bucci
This course deepened my understanding of permaculture as a way of thinking and designing, not just techniques. I really valued the mix of hands-on learning, discussions, and real-world application. It helped me think more clearly and intentionally about designing with care for people, land, and the future. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in regenerative design, sustainability, or community.
